Not positive but I think the pool's difficulty is too high for your computer. khash/second is way to low. The pool automatically serves work of optimal difficulty by estimating the speed of your miners I keep getting the message “Stratum requested work restart”.

The short version is that the work to produce the "next" block depends on the previous block. The moment a new block is found, any in-progress searching is aborted because it won't produce anything useful. i started mining on nicehash recently and i switched to their version of sgminer. works great, more stable than the really old cgminer i was using, but it pops up "stratum requested work restart" fairly frequently, maybe 3-4 times per minute, sometimes more. is this normal?
